Goal 1 Student Attendance
That 60% of students have 90% attendance.
Goal 2 Māori Achievement
To raise Māori student achievement and cultural visibility. That 85% of Māori students will achieve NCEA Level 2.
Goal 3 Pasifika Achievement
To understand and demonstrate the cultural competencies of Tapasa. That 85% of Pasifika students will achieve NCEA Level 2.
Goal 4 Literacy and Numeracy
By the end of Year 10, 80% of students will be reading at or above the expected Curriculum Level. By the end of Year 10, 70% of students are writing at or above the expected Curriculum Level. By the end of Year 10, 70% of students are achieving in Mathematics at or above the expected Curriculum Level. That 90% of Year 11 students will achieve the NCEA Literacy Co-Requisite. That 90% of Year 11 students will achieve the NCEA Numeracy Co-Requisite.

Increasing Student, Family and Community Engagement with Schools Student Support Network.

Kia ora, Talofa lava, Kia orana, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Malo e lelei, Malo Ni, Kumusta, Salam alaikum, Min-ga-la-ba-shin, Hola, Olá, Nǐ hǎo, Maingalarpar and Greetings and Welcome to you all.

Tamaki College in Glen Innes Auckland has shaped the lives of young people since 1957. We are a proud co-educational College and are fully committed to excellence ensuring that every student is successful.

Our school values of Respect, Innovation, Success and Excellence is the backbone to Teaching and Learning. We are the original Manaiakalani Secondary School and our Digital Learning and IT is one of the most developed in the country. Our intent is for our young people to graduate as confident, respectful, and independent learners. We are the proud home to our Health Science, Trades, Services, Driving and Tereora Academies.

Enrolment Scheme

The Tāmaki College Board of Trustees received its approval for an enrolment scheme as directed by the Ministry of Education under section 11H(1) of the Education Act 1989.

All students who live within the home zone shall be entitled to enrol at the school.

WE ARE ABLE TO ISSUE LOAN EQUIPMENT.

BROKEN DEVICES, SOFTWARE OR WIFI ISSUES
If you still have your device, please contact Fusion in the first instance, by phone during business hours (8:30am – 5pm) on 09 801 2800.

Follow the auto-attendant to select your Region (1 for Auckland). A Fusion engineers will pick the call up and assist with the issue (troubleshoot). Please leave a voicemail message if necessary, voicemails will be cleared regularly by team leaders.

If you’re device needs to be sent away for repair/insurance claim, Fusion will let us know and We will contact you to arrange a loan equipment.

WE WILL CONTACT YOU with the process for collecting equipment from School. In some cases we will be able to deliver, but this may not always be the case.

For all other requests, please complete this form , please ensure that you provide an email address or phone number so we can contact you for further information or let you know the collection process.

NOTE:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEVICES ISSUED ARE PROPERTY OF TEREORA ACADEMY AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE COLLEGE.
– If our device or charger is damaged or broken while in your care, you will be charged the full amount for repair or the equivalent of a new device/charger.
We have a limited number of loan devices and chargers.
