The AUCKLAND REGION moved to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 on Wednesday August 12th.

This will remain in place until Wednesday 26 August.

Tamaki College will remain CLOSED until further notice except for children of parents and caregivers of essential workers and any child who can’t be supervised at home by an appropriate person.

Students in Years 11 – 13 will not be able to attend school in person and will need to learn from home.

If your child is sick, they should stay home (phone Healthline or their GP and get tested if a doctor or health professional recommends to do so).

Anyone who is self-isolating or in quarantine, or who has been advised by health authorities to remain at home while they wait for their COVID-19 test results must stay away from school.

All school activities will either be postponed or cancelled. Please encourage your child to continue online learning if possible.

For children of parents and caregivers of essential workers and who can’t be supervised at home by an appropriate person, please email us your child’s name and best contact info for you in case of an emergency. We will be open during normal school hours Monday – Friday from 8:50am – 3pm. Please ensure your child is in full school uniform and brings their device, charger, lunch and a water bottle.
